International Congress on Rare Metals and Advanced Materials RAREMET 2026

From May 20 to 22, 2026, the International Congress RAREMET-2026 will be held in Moscow, organized by GIREDMET State Research and Design Institute of Rare Metal Industry, JSC (Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation) with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The Congress continues the tradition of the scientific seminars “Sazhin's Readings”, held since 1970, and the international RAREMET conferences of 2021–2024.

The Congress program includes a plenary session, panel discussions, and four thematic conferences:

• RAREMET:Minerals — mining, beneficiation, hydro- and pyrometallurgy, processing of technogenic raw materials, digital technologies.
• RAREMET:Metallurgy — production and refining of rare metals, alloys, permanent magnets, powders, additive manufacturing.
• RAREMET:Chemistry — precursors, extractants, analytics, ionic liquids, standardization, AI synthesis.
• RAREMET:Functional — semiconductors, phosphors, materials for hydrogen energy, thermoelectrics, magneto-optics.

The Congress will also feature the RAREMET:Expo exhibition.

The deadline for abstract submission is April 5, 2026.
